Support without surveillance

Most chat widgets drop cookies and start profiling on page load. octokan does the opposite: nothing is stored until the visitor opens the chat and sends something.

When someone is signed in to your site, octokan can show you their name and email so you don't have to ask. They see exactly who they're signed in as and can say "Not you?" in one tap. Tokens are never read.

Privacy and good support aren't a trade-off. People write more honestly when they trust the widget.
