Features

Once the chat is in, here's what you get.

The chat is the start. The rest helps you answer faster, spot what to fix and keep users who were about to leave.

What changes

Three numbers you can actually move.

Increase conversions

The problem
A visitor has one unanswered question on your pricing page, so they leave.
What octokan does
A chat on any page. Questions reach you on Telegram and email within seconds, and you reply in the same conversation.
What you see
More finished signups and checkouts.

Reduce churn

The problem
Users who get stuck rarely complain. They quietly cancel.
What octokan does
The chat opens inside the product, so asking is easier than quitting. Analytics shows who is waiting and who might leave.
What you see
Fewer cancellations, and a clear list of why.

Get more reviews

The problem
Unhappy users go straight to the app store and leave one star.
What octokan does
They tell you first. The AI points out the happy users who would leave a good review.
What you see
A higher rating and fewer one-star surprises.

Analytics and AI

Know what to fix first.

Your chats are the most honest feedback you get. Octokan reads them for you and turns them into a short to-do list.

  • How fast you answer, and who is waiting on you right now
  • The top problems users report, ranked, with a suggested fix for each
  • Conversations where someone is about to cancel, with a reply you can send
  • Happy users who are good candidates for a review
  • Drafts for every reply, written by AI and always edited by you

AI is opt-in per app. It only sees chat text with emails and phone numbers removed.

Private by design

Encrypted both ways.

What your users tell you is often private. Every message is encrypted on its way to octokan, and encrypted again before it is stored. Open the database and all you find is noise.

  • Encrypted in transit, from the user's phone to octokan and from octokan to your inbox
  • Encrypted at rest with AES-256, a separate key for every app, before anything is written
  • The keys never sit in the database, so a copy of the database alone reads as ciphertext
  • Decrypted only for the user in their own chat, and for you and your team in the inbox

octokan's servers decrypt a message only to deliver it, to send your alerts and, if you turn it on, to draft a reply with AI Reply.

What the database holds

messages.body = "enc:1:Wm3xq0Fh9e2…Vd8.kT4ZpL1…a9Q.u7Rb2NcYw5EJ…8s"

What you and your user read

“Hi! My alarm stopped ringing after the update.”
