Analytics and AI insights

Open Analytics in the dashboard for conversation volume, how fast you answer, busiest hours, platforms and who is waiting right now. This needs no setup.

Turn on AI insights

Run supabase/migrations/0008_logo_and_ai.sql, set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY on your web host (optionally ANTHROPIC_MODEL), then tick the AI box under Settings > Data. It is off by default for every app.

Generate insights on the Analytics page: top issues with a suggested fix, users who might cancel, happy users to ask for a review, and ideas to improve the experience. Results are cached for 10 minutes. In the inbox, the sparkle button drafts three replies you can edit.

What the AI sees

Chat text only, with emails, phone numbers, long numbers and URL query strings removed, and visitors replaced by labels like V1. Nothing is sent when AI is off.

Your logo in the chat

Upload a square image under Settings > Appearance. It replaces the default icon in the web chat and in the mobile SDKs, and the preview beside the form shows exactly how it will look.
