Telegram and email alerts

Hear about messages without keeping a tab open.

Open Settings > Notifications, press Connect Telegram, then Start in the bot. New visitor messages arrive in that chat, and replying to a message answers that visitor. Add the bot to a group so a team can answer. Send /stop to disconnect.

Email

One email per conversation, at most once every 15 minutes, to your account address. Switch it off any time in Settings.
