If the chat doesn't appear or won't send.

The bubble doesn't show

Check the script URL loads (open it in a tab), the data-app-id matches your key, and your domain is in Allowed sites. Look for a CSP error in the browser console.

Install says Waiting for your site

The badge turns live when the script loads on a real site, not localhost. Reload your production site once after deploying.

Alerts aren't arriving

Check Settings > Notifications shows Connected for Telegram, and that email alerts are on.
